Details:	Designer Job Spec 65% web work 35% print work Responsibilities: Digital - Website design, page layout, optimisation of graphics. - Online advertising creation - viral, emails, banners and buttons. - Design and production of event assets: kiosks, DVD, digital signage, PDFs etc. - Flash and interactive design work including Flash demos and online video. - Video capture, editing and broadcast. - Production of motion graphics. - Photographic editing. - DVD content production and preparation. Print - Design and production of event assets: invites, badges, posters, catalogue, packaging, merchandise, signage, stationery, Christmas card, direct mail, flags, logos etc. - Print advertising creation - magazine and newspaper adverts. - Resizing of print ads for worldwide publications. - Brochure design (3 or more times a year). Technical abilities: - Mac and PC literate. - HTML literate. - Flash Actionscript literate. - SEO and web image optimisation. - Artworking and print process knowledge. - Copywriting and proof reading. - Audio/video production knowledge. - Studio skills. Software skills: - Adobe Creative Suite CS2 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, ImageReady). - Macromedia Flash with Actionscript. - Macromedia Dreamweaver with HTML and CSS. - Final Cut Pro. - Adobe After Effects. - Adobe Audition.
